Asics Gel-Kayano 14 Black / Coffee

Black, silver and a warm touch of coffee: the ASICS GEL-KAYANO 14 in Black/Coffee plays with contrast. The black mesh forms the base, with layered metallic silver overlays that catch the light from every angle. The ASICS stripes on the side are finished in coffee brown with a gold-colored border, and that same brown returns in the lining and collar. Black laces, gold-colored branding on the tongue and heel, and a white midsole with grey accents on a black outsole complete the look.

Behind the retro look is a model that remains true to the 2008 original. The midsole has remained the same, but received GEL cushioning for extra shock absorption. The fit of the upper was also improved, while retaining the typical layers of leather and mesh. A nice detail: the insole is made with a dyeing process that reduces water consumption by 33% and CO2 emissions by approximately 45%. Thanks to the brown tones, this is the warmest version of the Kayano 14, ideal with denim, olive green or earth tones.
