The quickest way to find your size: take a pair of sneakers that fits well and look for the CM size on the label inside. Compare it with the chart of the brand you want to buy.

how to measure your foot

Foot against the wall
Place a sheet of A4 paper on the floor. Stand on it with your heel against the wall.

Mark with a pen
Mark the tip of your longest toe. Do this for both feet.

Measure the distance
Measure in centimetres from the wall to your mark and add 0.5 cm. Use that length to find your size in the charts below.
saucony
Most Saucony models run small. We recommend going half to one size up from your usual size.
