Order
Almost immediately after you place an order, you will receive a confirmation from us in your mailbox from hello@noblestore.be. That email contains the details of your purchases, your contact details, delivery address, billing address, ...
If you still don't see the confirmation email in your inbox two hours after placing your order, be sure to check your spam folder. For your first order, the email may have been incorrectly marked as spam.It may help to add hello@noblestore to your contacts so you can be sure to receive all future emails.
If you still have no clarity about the status of your order after checking your spam folder, please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to check for you whether your order has been processed correctly.
At Noble we do everything we can to deliver your package as quickly as possible. As a result, it is not common for anything to change between your order and delivery.
If your package is not yet on its way, we will of course be happy to check for you whether a change is still possible. Please contact us via hello@noblestore.be , be sure to mention your order number.
Yes, that is possible in some cases. If you want to cancel your order, please email us ASAP. We will immediately check in which phase your order is and how we can help you the fastest.

No, there are no additional costs. Only shipping costs if your order does not qualify for free shipping.
Any delivery costs are always clearly stated at checkout. Noble Store deliberately uses transparent prices, there are no hidden costs. All prices include VAT.
Yes. All products you find in our webshop are in stock*.
Our reliable logistics partners Bpost and DPD deliver your order to a postal address of your choice or to a ZEB store near you.

Our website is hosted by Shopify. You can also choose from various payment methods, all optimally secured by noblestore.be and by our payment partner Shopify Payments.

You can view your shopping cart or go directly to the checkout process.
Once you are in checkout, you will see "quick checkout" at the top. These are payment options: PayPal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.
If you want to pay with Bancontact or QR code, you must scroll down and fill in your details.
Then choose whether you want to collect your order for free in the store or you can opt for delivery: home delivery or to a collection point.
At the bottom of the page you can choose to pay with Bancontact, Credit Card or PayPal.
Any vouchers/discount codes can be entered here. After you have filled in everything, you will see your total price.

You can pay for your order in the webshop in different ways:

- Noble Store gift card
All our payment options are in real-time. This means that we always start processing your package immediately after payment.
We advise you to make a second payment attempt. Possibly incorrect information has been entered or there is a one-time malfunction.
If that attempt doesn't work, there may be another problem. Feel free to contact us so we can find out exactly where it goes wrong.
You can contact us here . We will gladly provide a solution so that you can still shop for your favorite items.
Gift cards, discount codes, loyalty codes, newsletter discounts, ... in short, all codes and gift cards you enter at the step with payment options. The amount is settled with your total order amount.

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to place an order and pay for it afterwards. All orders must always be paid in advance via the available payment methods.
Would you like an invoice for your order? Please contact us BEFORE your order by email so we can arrange this.
Don't forget to include your VAT number, address details and company name.
Exchange and return
You can return your online order in our store. Your refund will be processed immediately in the store. You will always receive the purchase amount back via the same route as the original payment.
Returns by post Are you returning your order to us by post? Then you will receive the purchase amount back within 6 working days after we have received your return shipment. You will always receive the refund via the same route as the original payment.
Was part of your purchase made with a gift card? Then you will receive a voucher as a refund by email.
Have you not received your money back after 14 calendar days?
Please contact our customer service. Don't forget to mention your order number and a confirmation of the return. This way we can help you quickly.
Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email. If you have not received an email from us two weeks after the return shipment, please contact us.
Yes of course, you can also return sale items to Noble Store without any problems. As long as you follow the return conditions respects, we will ensure that your return is processed.

Returns that reach us without being requested will not be accepted.
Please also always take into account the following return conditions:- Please return items within 14 days of receipt using the return label provided in your email or in our store in Bree.
- Returned items are always unworn and impeccably clean. Of course, you may try on the item.
- Returned items always have their original labels attached to the item.
- Preferably use the original packaging to return your item.
- Unfortunately, returns are not possible for underwear and perfume.
If you respect our returns policy, we guarantee a smooth refund.
Have you ordered an item, but the size is not quite as you expected? Then you can of course exchange your item, as long as it is still in stock.
The fastest, most efficient way to exchange your item is to request a return for the item you wish to return.
Place a new order for the item you want to order.
Yes, you can! Items you bought with a gift card can be returned in the same way as any other item. You will then receive a refund in the form of a new gift card with the return amount.
You can return your order for free in our store. We are happy to help you in the store.
Online returnsUnfortunately we cannot offer free returns. This is because we provide the label to get your return back to us.
The return amount will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery and collection
You can choose to pick up your order for free in our store. You must indicate this during the checkout process. As soon as your payment is completed, you will receive an initial email that your order is being prepared. You will then receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up in our store.
Home deliveryWhen you choose home delivery your order will usually be delivered by Bpost. Our track & trace emails are sent via our partner Sendcloud.

Delivery to a collection pointWe are working on an implementation so that you can also pick up your order at a pick-up point of your choice.
After your order you will always receive a track&trace e-mail from hello@noblestore.be or from our partner Sendcloud/Bpost. If you have not received an e-mail 2 hours after your order, be sure to check your spam folder. Can't find an e-mail there either? Please contact us.
